Job Description

As a Technical Lead with 8 to 9 years of experience in AEP Customer Journey Analytics, AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser, and AEP RTCDP, your role will involve leading the design and implementation of solutions to optimize customer experiences. You will oversee the deployment and configuration of Adobe Journey Optimiser and provide technical expertise in RTCDP to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for Asset Management Operations will be essential. Additionally, you will ensure the effective management of Asset & Wealth Management processes, conduct regular assessments of system performance, and develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
