Role Overview:You will be the contact person consultant and advisor for internal customers in the Components division. Your responsibilities will include carrying out requirements analyses in cooperation with Business Analysts and the business, identifying automation potential, and planning this with suitable technologies. You will be involved in the development and implementation of software solutions taking into account existing technical dependencies, economic, and ergonomic aspects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the relevant documentation, providing 2nd and 3rd level support, and offering instruction, training, and support for employees.Key Responsibilities:- Contact person consultant and advisor for internal customers in the Components division- Carrying out requirements analyses in cooperation with Business Analysts and the business- Identifying automation potential and planning this with suitable technologies- Development and implementation of software solutions taking into account existing technical dependencies, economic, and ergonomic aspects- Maintaining the relevant documentation- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support- Offering instruction, training, and support for employeesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines- More than 5 years of experience in a similar fieldAdditional Company Details:Liebherr CMCtec India Private Limited in Pune (India) was established in 2008 and started its manufacturing plant in its facility on Pune Solapur Highway in 2012.
