Job Description

    You will be leading a team of application support professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading, coaching, and mentoring the application support team- Managing incident and problem resolution processes to ensure SLA and KPI compliance- Coordinating critical issue triage calls and maintaining shift and holiday support schedules- Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements and disseminate updates- Conducting service reviews and implementing strategies to optimize application performance and business efficiency- Identifying process gaps and technical debt, and proactively addressing them- Ensuring documentation and best practices are maintained and continuously improvedTo be successful in this role, you should have:- Minimum 6 years of experience leading application support teams for large and complex systems- Proficiency in Java-Springboot and Camunda- Solid knowledge of the ITIL framework; ITIL certification preferred- Demonstrated experience in SLA and KPI management- Excellent communication and coordination skills in complex program environments- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts- Graduate or postgraduate in a technical stream (preferably Engineering)- PMP or equivalent certification is desirable You will be leading a team of application support professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
