Job Description

    As an Application Support Specialist at QAD Redzone, your role involves providing support during US hours shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST, Wednesday to Sunday. You should approach support requests with patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset. Your responsibilities include:- Offering timely and accurate troubleshooting for hardware and software issues- Interacting with end-users via Google Meet, email, or chat to resolve technical issues- Demonstrating clear and concise communication for technical and non-technical audiences- Utilizing your knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and database management (ODBC connections, SQL Reporting Services)- Familiarity with Cloud AWS features, Kubernetes Containers, Intercom or similar Help Desk ticketing system- Proficiency in using software tools like GitHub, Slack, Google Meet, and understanding Controls & Automation- Knowledge of ITIL Framework for incident management, problem management, and change managementTo qualify for this role, you should have a minimum Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, and BI Support. Proficiency in English is essential.
