Job Description

As a versatile Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for technical audiences and end users. Your role will involve updating customer- and internal-facing materials, becoming an expert in software products, managing project timelines, and contributing to the overall design and user experience of technical documentation. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify new features and enhancements while suggesting process improvements for efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities:- Create and update customer- and internal-facing materials, including online help, user guides, and configuration guides.- Become an expert in software products and contribute to projects as needed.- Assess project timelines, manage deliverables, and meet deadlines.- Contribute to the design, development, and user experience of technical documentation.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify new features and enhancements.Qualifications Required:- BA/BS degree or higher in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or a related field.- Minimum of three years of technical writing experience.- Ability to convert technical information into user-friendly content.- Excellent verbal and written English skills with proofreading and editing abilities.- Familiarity with style guides such as the Microsoft Style Guide.- Proficiency in MadCap Flare, Flare Online, and Microsoft Office products.- Experience with image editing tools like SnagIt.Additional Details:- Ability to work across international teams.- Innate curiosity and willingness to learn.- Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset.- Background in Digital Adoption Platform tools is a plus.- Knowledge of clinical trials business would be beneficial.
