Job Description

As a Software Architect at Icertis, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems. You will need to leverage your deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to guide engineering teams through complex architectural decisions. Collaboration across functions to ensure alignment with business goals and technical excellence will be a key aspect of your role.Responsibilities:- Define and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across projects.- Lead the design of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to support development efforts.- Mentor development teams on architecture principles, design patterns, and coding standards.- Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on system integration and deployment.- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural bottlenecks and system-level issues.Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.- Expertise in .NET technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).- Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and distributed systems.- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning.- Exposure to AI/ML technologies and ability to integrate AI components into enterprise systems.- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy.Icertis is the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, revolutionizing contract management to empower customers with insights and automation for business success.
