Role Overview:As a Senior Associate in Agentic Automation at PwC, your focus will be on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Additionally, you will work on conducting process mining, designing automation solutions, and implementing intelligent process automation to help clients achieve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.Key Responsibilities:- Gather business requirements and translate them into agentic workflows.- Develop and orchestrate AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, and AutoGen.- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and memory-augmented workflows.- Define structured data models with Pydantic.- Implement guardrails using JSON Schema, regex, and LLM-as-judge.- Integrate APIs, enterprise apps, and MCP/A2A protocols.- Build dashboards and microservices using FastAPI, Python, and ReactFlow.- Contribute hands-on code, integrations, and testing as an Associate.Qualifications Required:- Strong Python & FastAPI development skills along with knowledge of libraries like Pandas, Pydantic, etc.- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK.- Proficiency in RAG design and implementation.- Familiarity with guardrail techniques like JSON Schema, regex, LLM-as-judge.- Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native deployment.- Graduate Engineer or Management Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience.Additional Details:At PwC, you will be part of a vibrant community that leads with trust and creates distinctive outcomes for clients and communities.
