Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Associate in the Financial Due Diligence team at PwC, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your role will involve analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues.
