Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining the dynamic Learning and Development team as an Instructional Designer, responsible for developing engaging learning content and creating visually compelling learning experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts, designing multimedia elements, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of learning materials.Key Responsibilities:- Develop engaging learning content using instructional design principles and modern design frameworks- Create visually appealing presentations and learning assets to enhance learner engagement- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical or business content into learner-friendly formats- Design and integrate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and infographics- Build interactive and learner-centric experiences for digital, blended, and instructor-led formats- Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives- Leverage authoring tools and platforms like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond- Work closely with project managers, graphic designers, and developers to deliver projects on time and within scopeQualification Required:- 4 to 6 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design- Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Vyond- Strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM, and adult learning principles- Experience designing for various formats including eLearning, microlearning, ILT, VILT, and blended learning- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesAdditional Details:The company places special importance on skill development and learning, with the Learning and Development department focusing on upskilling needs across technical, managerial, and leadership subjects.
