Azure Data Engineer Power BI Senior

Job Description

As an Azure Data Engineer Power BI Senior at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on the latest Microsoft BI technologies, collaborate with various teams within Consulting services, and be instrumental in the growth of the service offering for the NCLC team delivering specific to Microsoft account.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage multiple client engagements effectively.- Analyze business requirements, create information architecture, taxonomy, and solution approach.- Independently gather requirements, cleanse, extract, and load data.- Translate business and analyst requirements into technical code.- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, connecting to diverse data sources, and implementing DAX calculations.- Design and implement complete ETL/Azure Data Factory processes for data movement and transformation.- Develop solutions in Data Bricks, Scala, Spark, SQL to process and analyze large datasets, perform data transformations, and build data models.- Design SQL Schema, Database Schema, Stored procedures, function, and T-SQL queries.**Skills and Attributes Required:**- Collaborate with the engagement team to plan and develop work program timelines and risk assessments.- Manage Senior stakeholders effectively.- Lead teams to deliver high-quality results within timelines.- Proficiency in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric.- Experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and optimizing big data processing.- Understanding of Azure services relevant to data engineering.- Strong SQL Skills with experience in Oracle, SQL, Azure SQL.- Familiarity with SSAS, Azure SSAS, and Agile Project Management.- Basic knowledge of Azure Machine Learning services.- Excellent Written and Communication Skills.- Quick learner with a can do attitude.- Strong project management skills and ability to inspire teamwork.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors or masters degree.- Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm.- Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred.At EY, you will have the opportunity to work on inspiring projects, receive education and coaching, control your own development, and grow into a responsible role with challenging assignments.
