At Groww, our people are our greatest strength, embodying qualities such as ownership, customer-centricity, integrity, and the drive to challenge the status quo.Key Responsibilities:- Work on highly maintainable and unit-tested software components and systems that address real-world problems- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sprints- Own and unblock users on production issues, troubleshoot, and fix production issues on priority- Mentor and assist other team members to ensure high productivity- Design, code, and deploy product/features, ensuring quality at every level- Experienced in microservices-based architecture and cloud infrastructures like GCP, AWS, etc- Demonstrate good learnability and adopt technologies for building large-scale, performant, reliable, and sustainable systemsQualifications Required:- 6 years of experience in building scalable restful/soap microservice services- Proficiency in high-level design, implementation, understanding of design patterns, and problem-solving skills- Strong understanding of data structures & algorithms, Java, Spring, and CS fundamentals- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed collegeNote: The values that guide Growws culture include radical customer centricity, ownership-driven culture, simplicity, long-term thinking, and complete transparency.
