Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, your role will involve interacting with customers through Voice, E-mail, and Chat processes. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and issues through Voice, E-mail, and Chat channels- Provide timely and accurate information to customers- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all timesQualifications Required:- Minimum qualification required is 10th Pass (SSC) with 6 months of experience- Excellent command over English language- Willingness to work in U.S/U.K shiftsIf you have experience working in International call centers, you can expect an excellent salary hike by applying for this position.
