Job Description

    As a dynamic and results-driven professional at FirstCry Shopping, your primary role will be to lead key brand partnerships and drive performance marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with key advertisers and their agencies to ensure business growth, profitability, and customer impact.Key Responsibilities:- Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships and spends with key advertisers and their agency partners to deliver measurable performance outcomes on the FirstCry platform.- Own the profitability and performance of assigned brands and categories, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to convert insights into impactful marketing actions.- Partner with Influencer, Social Media, and CRM teams to optimize campaign performance and extract efficiencies from existing assets.- Utilize reports and data-driven insights for strategic planning and agile execution.- Deliver against ambitious targets and KPIs in a high-growth, performance-oriented environment.Qualifications Required:- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in advanced Excel and data interpretation.- 7 to 10 years of experience in managing online channels with leading FMCG, OTC, or D2C brands.- Proven track record of working with top brands in the e-commerce space.- Strong grasp of ecommerce dynamics, campaign execution, and performance measurement.Please note that the JD does not include any additional details about the company beyond the job role and requirements stated above.
