Business Analyst - Media Domain

Job Description

As a liaison between technical and business teams at Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that solutions align with project objectives. Your comprehensive understanding of various technologies and Media, Advertising, Marketing business functions will enable you to collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams to establish an integrated and efficient system that not only fulfills current business requirements but also supports future growth and evolution.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map business processes, document customer journeys, and translate high-level business requirements into specific technology solutions- Develop and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas- Research industry best practices, devise new strategies and solutions, and oversee their implementation- Collaborate with IT delivery teams and IT Leadership to identify technical debt, areas of improvement, and future recommendations- Engage in thought leadership activities such as presentations, whitepapers, blogs, and community involvement- Ensure that roadmaps and technical recommendations adhere to architecture standards, established methodologies, and best practices- Provide guidance and leadership to internal and external technical project resources**Qualifications Required:**- Previous leadership experience in an IT environment is preferred- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a senior-level role- 5 years of experience in Adtech, Media, or Martech domains- 2 years of experience in an implementation/developer role- Familiarity with DSP, SSP, Audience Management, Analytics, Reporting, Insight Generation, etc.- Demonstrated project and process management skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to communicate complex issues and articulate the business value of solutions As a liaison between technical and business teams at Cybage Software Pvt.
