Job Description

As a Data Analytics Solutions Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining top-notch data analytics solutions and visualizations using Power Bi and other BI tools. In addition, you will also handle Server Management duties, including managing contents, data sources, users, and sites.**Key Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with teams across the department to develop exceptional analytics and visualizations- Manage Servers including Sites, Workbooks, Views, Users, and Data Sources- Ensure the highest level of quality in all deliverables- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders- Develop dashboards in Power BI- Create and test new and existing workbook artifacts- Maintain up-to-date documentation for each process- Act as a single point of contact for business, prior to escalation- Understand Business Needs by engaging with stakeholders to identify objectives, KPIs, and business challenges- Possess solid Excel and Power BI knowledge, along with good understanding of Python, R, etc., to drive efficiency projects- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies for process improvement projects- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility**Qualifications Required:**- 3 6 years of work experience, preferably in operations or training functions- Diligent with high attention to detail- Strong oral and written communication skills- Ability to take ownership, execute tasks independently, troubleshoot effectively- Proficient in Power BI, MS Excel, and other Microsoft applications- Positive attitude and a team playerIf you are looking for a role where you can make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in data analytics and visualization, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, this position is ideal for you.
