Role Overview:As a Business Analyst / Product Owner at Deutsche Banks Legal Department in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in managing all activities surrounding corporate legal practice. Your responsibilities will include advising and supporting business colleagues on various topics to ensure effective delivery of corporate legal services. You will be a key contributor to the team by gathering business requirements, conducting data analysis, and coordinating with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a catalyst for the development team to follow agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) for delivering product increments.- Understand business processes, user personas, and collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve the product vision.- Write business requirements and functional specifications via User stories following the INVEST principle.- Prepare wireframes, idea mock-ups, and UML diagrams to support business requirements.- Lead release/sprint planning sessions, prioritize requirements, and estimate activities.- Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with quality assurance and developers.- Collaborate with quality assurance for functional test case generation, test result validation, and sanity testing.- Support user acceptance testing before production release.- Collaborate with quality assurance team post go-live to triage and log defects with detailed specifications.- Conduct basic data analysis using SQL and Microsoft Excel.- Prepare data-driven PowerPoint presentations aligning with the product roadmap.- Maintain and update requirement backlogs in JIRA and product/process know-how in Confluence.- Ensure end users and support teams are correctly trained to use solutions delivered by the project.- Support implementation team and resolve post go-live issues. Qualification Required:- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.- Fluency in English (written/verbal).- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.- Experience in business analysis, data analytics, or UX.- Proficiency in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and supporting product increment release end-to-end.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Self-motivation and flexibility to work autonomously.- Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations.- Proficient knowledge of methods and tooling for Business Functional Analysis.- Knowledge of modern SDLC tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL.- Preferable: Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management or Document Management Systems.- Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science or IT-related streams.- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or above (or relevant work experience).Additional Company Details:Deutsche Bank strives for a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
