Job Description

    As a School Outreach Executive at our innovative startup focused on providing interest-based career counseling solutions for students in the 9th and 10th standards, your primary role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with school decision-makers to effectively integrate our solutions within schools in Pune and nearby areas.**Key Responsibilities:**- Regularly visit CBSE/ICSE schools in Pune and nearby regions.- Utilize your existing relationships with school decision-makers to forge strong partnerships.- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our career counseling solution to schools.- Drive integration and adoption of our product within schools to increase student enrollments.- Meet defined revenue targets by fostering successful partnerships with schools.**Desired Profile:**- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, particularly within the education sector.- Possess a well-established network with school decision-makers such as Principals, Heads of Departments, and Academic Coordinators in Pune.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and genuinely interested in providing guidance to students regarding their career choices.- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.- Fluency in English and proficiency in Marathi/Hindi would be advantageous.In addition to a competitive salary based on your prior earnings and interview performance, you will also receive monthly travel allowance of up to 5,000, performance incentives, and the opportunity for rapid career advancement within our dynamic startup environment. Moreover, you will be entitled to Provident Fund benefits.This is a full-time position that requires you to work Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays, from 9 am to 5 pm in person.
