Job Description

Role Overview:As a Business Functional Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be responsible for designing business solutions in complex project environments. This includes identifying all business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and assisting in developing optimal target state business processes. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing roadmaps for solution development, and collaborating with key stakeholder groups to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Understand software development methodologies and analyze system requirements, demonstrating effective user story writing skills.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations with strong verbal and written communication skills.- Utilize knowledge of Agile methodologies to work in Agile environments, including conducting sprint planning and backlog grooming.- Have a good grasp of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.- Possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, including business processes, regulations, and trends.Qualifications Required:- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation, querying, and visualization.- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Functional Analyst.- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for creating interactive dashboards and reports.- Ability to use requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar software to document and manage project requirements.- Familiarity with process modeling techniques like BPMN or other methods to map out business processes.- Understanding of various Agile methodologies like scrum, kanban, etc. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is desirable.- Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification is also desirable.- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.Additional Company Details (if applicable):Deutsche Bank strives to create a culture where employees are empowered to excel together every day.
