Your Role :This role is part of the GDE OPEX Team, focusing on various GDE OPEX processes and tools. The position requires 5-6 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on Process Mining and Data Analysis.Responsibilities :- Build, manage, and generate business value from Celonis models for multiple use cases, including adding or modifying data sources, creating automated alerts, and leveraging Action Engine, Transformation Center, and Celonis ML Workbench.- Map processes to identify non-value-added steps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.- Discover, monitor, and improve processes by extracting and analyzing insights from event logs within Process Mining/Celonis tools.- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business challenges, design process mining initiatives, and prioritize requests.- Act as a primary point of contact for internal clients, helping identify process trends, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks within business workflows.- Support data validation between source systems and Celonis models.- Develop process insights by defining KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and performing root cause analyses.- Design automated workflows for process monitoring, anomaly detection, and real-time corrective or preventive actions using Action Engine, Action Flows, and other Celonis functionalities.- Translate analytical findings and ideas into storyboards, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.Your Profile :We are looking for a Process Mining Specialist with expertise in Celonis, data analytics, and process improvement, to join our GDE OPEX team.Required Qualifications :- 3- 4 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data transformation.- Strong proficiency in SQL/PQL scripting, including complex queries (joins, unions, window functions, etc.).- Hands-on experience with Celonis - ability to design, manage, and optimize Celonis models and extract actionable insights.- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and process analytics tools.- Basic knowledge of Python scripting (NumPy, Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, etc.).- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong understanding of business processes across domains.- Minimum 5-6 years of total professional experience.Preferred Skills :- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
