Job Description

    As a Change Consultant at Red Hat Planning, Insights & Execution team, you will collaborate closely with program and project team members, as well as subject-matter experts (SMEs), to lead change management activities for projects and transformation initiatives. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies and plans to ensure readiness and enhance the adoption of large-scale, complex changes affecting global users and stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities:**- Monitor planned and active project and initiative roadmaps- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities- Perform change management assessments- Create and execute change management strategies, plans, and deliverables- Develop user enablement materials for individuals affected by changes- Establish and monitor success metrics- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues- Consult, advise, and coach project teams- Hold yourself and others accountable**Qualifications Required:**- 7 years of experience with organizational change efforts- Proficiency in applying advanced change management methods for large-scale changes- Ability to manage multiple concurrent complex projects successfully- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning methods- Familiarity with agile project management approaches and tools- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent active listening skills- Ability to articulate messages clearly to diverse audiences- Strong relationship-building skills- Ability to influence others and work towards common goals- Proficient in problem-solving and root cause identificationRed Hat is the worlds leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, leveraging a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing technologies such as Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes.
