Consulting Project Technical Manager

Job Description

As an experienced consulting professional, you will be responsible for understanding solutions, industry best practices, and various business processes or technology designs within a specific product/technology family. Operating independently, you will deliver high-quality work products to client engagements, utilizing your expertise to implement Oracle products and technologies effectively. Your role will involve performing diverse and complex duties that require independent judgment while adhering to Oracle methodology, company procedures, and industry-leading practices.Key Responsibilities:- Independently provide high-quality work products for client engagements- Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex projects- Consult effectively with management of customer organizations- Participate in business development activities- Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projectsQualifications:- 17-20 years of relevant experience in ERP and SCM application implementations, preferably within the Oracle Ecosystem- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects, including customer-facing roles and at least two complex projects- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience- Proficiency in managing projects across all phases from inception to closure- Ability to effectively communicate with customer key users, senior executives, and navigate project complexities- Experience interacting with C-level executives- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus- Strong communication and rapport-building skills with team members and clients- Willingness to travel as required- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindsetIn addition to the above requirements, the company is looking for a candidate who is an excellent team player and can work effectively in a dynamic consulting environment.
