As a Content Strategy Analyst II at Mastercard, you play a crucial role in supporting the creation, delivery, and maintenance of technical documentation for Mastercard products and services. Your responsibilities include:- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and update technical content- Ensuring the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function- Aligning documentation with the Content Strategy and Development (CS&D) writing standards- Managing the review lifecycle and addressing input and feedback from internal business partners and external customers- Providing excellent customer service to business partners and customers- Authoring in XML or markdown for content creation and editing- Using screen capture and graphic tools to add visuals to documents- Publishing technical content to multiple platforms and output types- Leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity as per company guidelinesTo excel in this role, you should possess:- 1-8 years of technical writing experience- Strong organizational and time management skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Technological savviness with a process improvement mindset- Adaptability to dynamic change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities- Team player mentality with the ability to interact and consult with various levels throughout the organization- Highest degree of professionalism, accountability, and empowerment to drive results- Basic working understanding of content localization- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and troubleshoot- Experience with Microsoft Office products and content management systems- Familiarity with authoring tools such as Ixiasoft, Oxygen, xMetal, Visual Studio Code- Basic understanding of DITA/XML, HTML, and PDF- Experience with technical publication guidelines- API specification documentation experience is a plus- Knowledge of generative AI to enhance productivity and content creationAs a Mastercard employee, you are expected to adhere to the companys security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed.
