    As a Core Java Programmer at Persistent Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable Java applications. Your expertise in Core Java fundamentals, multithreading, and object-oriented design principles will be key in ensuring the efficiency and performance optimization of the software solutions delivered by our cross-functional teams. Your coding skills, along with experience with Java 8 features and development tools, will contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust, scalable Java applications using Core Java.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.- Apply object-oriented design principles for building maintainable systems.- Implement and manage multithreaded processes for performance optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.Qualifications Required:- Strong expertise in Core Java fundamentals.- Good coding skills with attention to performance and maintainability.- Knowledge of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.- Experience with multithreading and concurrency.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Familiarity with Java 8 features, development tools like Git, Maven, IntelliJ/Eclipse.- Exposure to REST APIs, JDBC, or Spring Framework is a plus.
