Job Description

    You are currently looking out for Customer Support Executives (Voice / E-mail / Chat process) in top leading companies like BARCLAYS BANK, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, TC$, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Teleperformance, Concentrix, Foundevr, Timespro, First Advantage, SUTHERLAND, Fcs, HEXAWARE, Epicenter, IDFC FIRST BANK, AXIS BANK, FIRST SOURCE, ACCURATE, and more. The salary for this position can go up to 60,000 along with an Annual Bonus. You have the opportunity to work in U.S, U.K, or Australia day shift available with a telephonic interview process. The work locations vary depending on the voice process - Powai & Malad for UK Voice, and Thane & Malad for US / Aus Voice. Outstation candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply. Graduates with a minimum of 9 months of international Voice experience, undergraduates with 18 months of experience, and freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and issues through voice, email, and chat processes- Provide excellent customer service and support- Conduct virtual interview rounds for candidates- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments- Meet performance targets and KPIs set by the companyQualifications Required:- Graduates with a minimum of 9 months of international Voice experience- Undergraduates with a minimum of 18 months of international Voice experience- Freshers with excellent communication skills- Minimum qualification required is 10th Pass (SSC) with 6 months of experienceIf you possess good English communication skills and are willing to work for US/UK Shifts, you are encouraged to apply.
