Job Description

    As a Customer Success Representative at Honeywell, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with the products and services provided. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, you will be based in Pune, India, following a Hybrid work schedule.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption.- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer accounts.- Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive customer success and retention.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.- Experience working with CRM software and customer success tools.Honeywell is dedicated to helping organizations tackle the worlds most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation, and energy transition.
