Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Duck Creek Project Manager at HTC Inc., you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Duck Creek conversion and support projects. Your role will involve utilizing your strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and in-depth understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek including Billing, Policy, and Claims modules.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.- Utilize your strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite, encompassing Policy, Billing, Claims, and Author functionalities.- Employ Agile methodologies to ensure project success.- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 9 years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance industry.- At least 5 years of experience in managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.- Proficiency in managing Duck Creek projects specifically within Billing, Policy, and Claims modules.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project management.- Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
