Job Description

    Job Opening for - Store manager-E-commerce CompanyLocation:-Mumbai,Bangalore, Pune ,ChennaiKey Responsibilities:Store Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of the online store, including inventory management, order processing, and customer returns.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the store meets its sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
    Inventory Management:
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing department to forecast demand and reorder products as needed.
    • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
    • Optimize warehouse storage and organization to improve efficiency in order fulfillment.
    • Returns Management:
    • Develop and oversee the returns process, ensuring it is efficient, customer-friendly, and aligned with company policies.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to handle returns-related inquiries and issues.
    • Analyze return data to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce return rates.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage the processing, restocking, or disposal of returned items.
    Customer Experience:
    • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the shopping and returns process.
    • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and feedback related to orders, inventory, and returns.
    • Implement strategies to improve the customer journey, reduce cart abandonment, and increase conversion rates.
    Sales and Marketing Coordination:
    • Partner with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, manage inventory for sales events, and ensure product availability.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing inventory levels and reducing returns.
    • Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional offers that align with inventory levels.
