Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Lead, coach, and manage the field sales team.
    • Planning sales targets, provide guidance, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and design action plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Allocate sales territories to the team members and define sales coverage plans.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
    • Possess a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle for traveling to different cities and locations.
    • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.
    • Work closely with the sales team in the field, supporting them, and resolving any challenges that arise.
    • The sales manager and the sales representatives will work together to achieve these targets.
    • The field manager should assume a pivotal role by taking on dual responsibilities in situations where team members are not available.
    • The marketing executive plays a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align seamlessly with sales and product development goals.
    Qualification :
    • Any Graduate with proven experience in sales field
    • Two Wheeler is mandatory.
    • Excellent Communication is must.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
