Job Description

    In this role at Lattice, you will serve as a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Program Manager, acting as the key interface between engineering, operations, and business teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive programs for Silicon devices, Soft-IP, and software tools. This will involve close collaboration with global teams across multiple disciplines to effectively manage the scope, schedule, risk, reporting, issue resolution, and resources of complex FPGA programs. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to engage with multi-functional teams, establish clear alignment between requirements and engineering priorities, and deliver successful programs. You will need to employ best program management practices to facilitate prioritization, planning, stakeholder management, and ensure timely commitment delivery. Your passion for building collaborative relationships with stakeholders and championing collective success will be crucial.Key Responsibilities:- Drive the execution of Lattices FPGA Silicon programs through various development phases (architecture, design, verification, validation, and release)- Engage regularly with global stakeholders in Silicon, SW, SoftIP, Packaging, Test, Operations, and Marketing to drive execution, resolve issues, and successfully complete programs as planned- Discuss and align on program roles, responsibilities, metrics, requirements, and deliverables- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements/requests into a working plan- Manage schedule, scope, resources, risks, and reporting to ensure successful delivery- Lead cross-functional issue resolution according to requirements- Provide regular communication to key stakeholders, including the executive leadership team, to ensure alignment on expectations, updates, and decisionsQualifications Required:- BS in EE/CE/CS or similar with 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including at least 2 years in a Program Management role- Passion for utilizing AI to enhance efficiency within Program Management workstreams- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience in product lifecycle management for integrated circuits, packaging, validation, qualification, IP, and/or software tools- Proficiency in driving crossfunctional teams to deliver projects with multiple internal/external dependencies and constraints- Ability to drive alignment and accountability in program requirements and collaboration- Proven track record in delivering products on time with high quality and implementing process improvements as necessary- PMP certification and knowledge/experience in FPGAs would be advantageousAt Lattice, you will find a dynamic and results-oriented environment where individual success is achieved within a team first organization.
