As a Lab Manager/Technician at Lattice, you will have the opportunity to manage labs and equipment while supporting engineering needs. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:- Manage labs/equipment and support engineering needs as a lab manager/technician- Maintain lab equipment and inventory- Work on PCB development from board schematic/PCB debugging/qualification/re-work- Collaborate with engineers to purchase necessary equipment- Ensure lab operations are compliant with general lab requirements such as ESD, temperature/humidity monitoring, and ISO audit preparation- Coordinate with vendors for annual calibration of equipmentQualifications required for this role include:- 15 years of experience as a lab technician or lab manager- Knowledge of lab operations and maintenance- Experience with equipment calibration and working with vendors for calibration- Familiarity with general lab requirements such as ESD, temperature/humidity monitoring, and ISO audit preparation- Ability to work closely with engineers to meet engineering requirements for the labLattice is a global community of engineers, designers, and specialists dedicated to developing innovative programmable logic solutions.
