Job Description

    1. Housekeeping Management
    • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across office premises.
    • Conduct regular facility rounds to identify and resolve housekeeping concerns.
    • Ensure timely procurement and availability of cleaning supplies and consumables.
    • Conduct periodic training for housekeeping staff on hygiene and workplace etiquette.
    1. Vehicle and Driver Management
    • Oversee scheduling and deployment of office vehicles.
    • Ensure smooth availability of drivers for office staff and general management.
    • Monitor driver attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
    • Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewals, and maintenance of vehicles.
    • Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel expenses, and maintenance logs.
    1. Guest House Management
    • Manage guest house operations, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for occupants.
    • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and hospitality arrangements for guests.
    • Ensure timely stocking of essentials such as toiletries and consumables.
    • Oversee maintenance, security, and housekeeping services at the guest house.
    • Address guest feedback and implement service improvements as required.
    1. Pantry Management
    • Maintain hygiene and organization in office pantries and break areas.
    • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and replenishment of pantry supplies.
    • Monitor maintenance of pantry equipment such as coffee machines, etc.
    • Track stock levels and manage monthly procurement within the allocated budget.
    1. Security Management
    • Ensure adherence to security protocols and monitor office security services.
    • Conduct regular security checks and report issues to the Facility Manager.
    • Oversee visitor access control and maintain entry documentation.
    • Coordinate with security personnel and external agencies.
    • Address and escalate security incidents as needed.
    1. Cafeteria Management
    • Address employee concerns related cafeteria management.
    • Maintain inventory of cafeteria supplies and manage monthly stock procurement.
    • Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the cafeteria area.
    1. Vendor & Compliance Management
    • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
    • Collect and maintain compliance documents for audits.
    1. Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on facility operations.
    • Maintain asset registers and facility expense reports.
    • Document and escalate facility-related concerns to the facility manager.
    • Track maintenance schedules, inspections, and service requests.
