Job Description

Role Overview:In this role, your responsibilities will include:- Installation & commissioning support to customer.- Troubleshooting & Repairing of Valves & automation at site.- Providing technical assistance, training & support to customers either on-site or remotely.- Perform Annual Maintenance Contract as per customer requirement.- Review & submit quote as per Customer offer.- Regularly visit customer site to identify KOB- Business opportunity.- Ensuring Servicing activities within the framework of QMS & Emerson guideline including Safety.- Maintaining accurate records & documentation for Site visit.- Perform RCCM at site in case of failure & report to Service Head.Qualification Required:For this role, you will need:- Minimum years hands-on experience in Valve & automation Industry.- Knowledge of various Valve standards such as API, API D, API, EN, etc.- Hands-on Experience in Butterfly Valve, Tripple offset Valve, Knife Gate Valve, Actuators Assembly, Testing & Servicing.- Knowledge of dimensional measurement & Instrument handling skill.- Familiar with Valve automation assembly & various parts involved in Valve automation such as DVC, SOV, LMS, POV, etc.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Knowledge of QMS & Safety standards.- Problem-solving approach & willing to work at the site.- BOSIET qualification / Offshore experience is desirable.Additional Details:At Emerson, the workplace culture prioritizes valuing, respecting, and empowering every employee to grow.
