Food Store Representative

Job Description

As a Team Member at our store, your role involves ensuring the service of food and beverage to guests with appropriate courtesy and efficiency. Your responsibilities include:- Developing restaurant sales by setting high standards of service- Ensuring complete preparation of restaurant/ takeaway and other business modules before the area opens for operation- Taking guests orders correctly and with appropriate courtesy- Assisting guests in choosing the best items on the menu to increase sales through upselling and suggestive selling- Handling all guests without bias or prejudice- Writing out guest bills and ensuring their proper processing by presenting them to guests- Assisting the Shift Supervisor in preparing general store requisitions- Carrying out any duties assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager- Following the store rules and policies laid down by the management- Adhering to strict grooming and hygiene standards- Continuously striving to improve skills and increase knowledgeQualifications required:- 10th Pass / HSC / Hotel ManagementSkills and qualifications needed:- Strong time management and customer service skills- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction- Previous experience working in a team is advantageous- Self-starter with a positive attitude- Previous food handling or customer service experience is appreciated- 6 months of food and beverage service industry experience requiredSalary: 15,000.00 - 16,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftExperience:- Total work: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In personJoin us in providing exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our store!
