GCP - JAVA Developer, AVP

Role Overview:Deutsche Bank is actively renewing its digital channels and has started strategic and challenging projects. As a GCP - JAVA Developer at AVP level, you will play a crucial role in bringing Java design and development skills to focus on cloud application and infrastructure. You will assist customers in implementing best practices for migration and developing solutions to modernize application infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing direction on securing and deploying applications reliably, applying continuous integration tools, and contributing to Deutsche Banks digitalization journey.Key Responsibilities:- Develop around cloud implementation and modernization of applications- Contribute quality code and perform peer code reviews- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems- Actively participate in squad activities and ceremonies, such as daily stand-up meetings- Apply continuous integration best practices, manage task priorities, and deliverables- Collaborate with squad members to achieve objectives and report progress using Agile team management tools- Support the Product Owner, Analyst, and Scrum MasterQualifications Required:- Masters degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field with 9 to 12 years of experience- Excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring framework- Strong experience in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, and Microservice architecture- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, ReactJs), SQL, NoSQL databases- Experience in infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment, security, and cloud-based delivery models- Proficiency in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes/Google Kubernetes Engine, Jenkins, GCP, and DevOps practices- Ability to work in collaborative agile environments, with strong learning capabilities to adopt new technologies- Knowledge of web servers, webservices, messaging, database, security concepts, and application servers- Experience in Content Management/Collaboration products like Documentum, Filenet, Sharepoint is preferred- Familiarity with Caching Technologies like Hazelcast, MemCached, Redis is a plusAdditional Company Details:Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits, including best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance, sponsorship for certifications, and comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and dependents.
