Group Manager Finance

Job Description

As the BU Finance Group manager, your role overview includes managing budgets, preparing and closing operating plans, ensuring revenue assurance and monthly closing in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS standards, and overseeing compliance with commercial clauses in customer contracts. You will also be responsible for conducting analytical reviews of operating P&L, comparing actual performance to budget, forecast, trends, and pricing to ensure accurate recording of revenue and expenses on a monthly basis. Timely identification and flagging off of exceptions/deviations will be crucial in your role. Collaborating with Ops heads to achieve KPIs, handling month and quarter close activities, conducting process-wise P&L forecasting monthly, pricing new opportunities, driving automation initiatives, and maintaining STPI/SEZ compliances will also be part of your responsibilities. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be essential.
