Job Description

As a Director of Product Management at Mastercard, you will be responsible for driving the success of products throughout their lifecycle by serving as a bridge between business, technology, and design. Your key responsibilities will include:- Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.- Prioritizing features and managing the full product lifecycle from market research to post-launch optimization.- Developing and managing product roadmaps that cater to business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions.- Driving customer-centric innovation by leveraging insights from user research, analytics, and feedback loops.- Ensuring consistency and scalability across support channels by integrating self-service, live support, and automation capabilities.- Measuring and reporting on product performance using KPIs to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.- Mentoring and developing product managers to foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.Qualifications preferred for this role include a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or technical background being advantageous, along with 15 years of product management experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role. You should have a proven track record in building web and omnichannel support solutions, a strong understanding of customer experience design, support operations, and digital transformation, and experience in end-to-end product delivery using agile methodologies.Additionally, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills to influence across various levels and functions. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Adobe, or DOMO will be beneficial. Skills in AI-powered support tools, personalization engines, SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms are also desirable.This role may require flexible working hours due to collaboration with geo-located teams in different time zones.
