Job Description

    Role Overview:You will support the Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Center (INK) by enhancing the employer brand, managing recruitment and selection processes, facilitating the onboarding of new hires, retaining and engaging the workforce, and developing employees in accordance with people management guidelines. Your responsibility is to follow, expand, and develop HR processes aligned with the group standards outlined in The Way We Do Things for Atlas Copco Customer Center, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.Key Responsibilities:- Assist the INK Human Resource Manager in enhancing the employer brand, planning headcount, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, organizing campus recruitment drives, lateral recruitment, and ensuring diversity and inclusion by attracting the right candidates.- Manage HR operations, including transfers, relocations, and IJM, as well as digitalize HR processes.- Work on projects to improve Turnaround Time (TAT), quality of hires, and onboarding experience.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Induction, Onboarding with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.- Demonstrated ability to work with agility and resilience.- University degree and masters in business administration in Human Resources.- Competence in Recruitment Strategies, Selection tools, Interview techniques, and evaluation methods.- Knowledge of HR management tools.Additional Company Details:Atlas Copco India, established in 1960, provides customers with solutions to enhance productivity and achieve manufacturing goals.
