Job Description

Your role will involve supporting HR/Human Capital systems, such as Workday, Payroll, Learning Management, and related systems, within the Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune. This position is crucial in transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies aimed at reducing the burden of living with diabetes.**Key Responsibilities:**- Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes, identifying complex business problems and needs, and translating those needs into system requirements.- Provide technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploy new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.- Configure system settings and options, plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements.- Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in HR operations applications.- Experience in performing Workday configuration and updates.- Proficiency in executing daily operational tasks and system checks.- Participation in the testing phases of new implementations and updates.In this role, you will play a vital part in Medtronics Diabetes business, which is undergoing a separation to drive future growth and innovation.
