Role Overview:At Capgemini Invent, you will lead cybersecurity engagements for clients, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with their business and security goals. You will manage the delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects, oversee risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will mentor and develop the internal cybersecurity team to handle evolving client needs.Key Responsibilities:- Lead cybersecurity engagements for clients, providing strategic direction and alignment with business and security goals.- Manage the delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring high-quality service, timely execution, and compliance with client expectations.- Oversee risk assessments for clients and ensure implementation of security controls meeting industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).- Mentor and develop the internal cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring readiness to handle evolving client needs.Qualifications Required:- 10-15 years of experience in Information/Cybersecurity, with at least 7 years in a client-facing leadership role within a consulting environment.- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).- Proven track record in managing complex security programs for large clients, including risk management, cloud security, incident response, and compliance management.- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or PMP are highly preferred.Additional Details:Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
