Job Description

Role Overview:As an IT Application Owner (ITAO) AVP at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be the custodian of the application, responsible for applying and enabling IT policies and procedures throughout the applications life cycle. Your primary focus will be on IT management and Information Security, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining documentation, ensuring application infrastructure reliability and compliance, and serving as the IT Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for audit initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Strategy & Architecture: - Review current and proposed information systems for compliance with organizational obligations - Provide specialist advice on governance to correct compliance issues - Migration to Cloud with a focus on application, infrastructure, and data security - Communicate information security risks and issues to business managers - Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments - Apply specific security controls as required by organizational policy- Change and Transformation: - Assist in defining and managing requirements - Investigate and apply authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements- Delivery and Operation: - Contribute to availability management process - Engage with project management to confirm products meet service acceptance criteria - Apply configuration management processes to track, log, and correct configuration items - Assist in security administration, application support, and problem management - Ensure incidents are handled according to agreed proceduresQualifications Required:- 6 to 9 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Governance, or IT Project Management- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and maintain good business relationships- Familiarity with Information Security processes such as application and infrastructure security, identity and access management, risk management, and governance- Experience with financial markets and institutions- Proficiency in Agile-Scrum delivery and tools like Jira & Confluence- Preferable certifications include CISSP, ISSMP, CISM, or equivalentAbout the Company:Deutsche Bank is committed to empowering its employees to excel together every day.
