IT Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst

Role Overview:You will be responsible for overseeing the technical projects within Vertivs Service business, ensuring that business requirements are met and technologies provide the expected value. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, capturing requirements, translating them into technical documentation, and monitoring the execution of changes.Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to document and validate business requirements.- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for developers.- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT/development teams.- Create clear presentations to communicate deliverables and plans effectively.- Contribute to technical solutioning discussions with developers.- Define and lead the delivery plan for implementing technical solutions.- Oversee the change management process for rolling out changes.- Define and support functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.- Track defects, issues, and resolutions to ensure system quality.Qualifications & Requirements:- Education: Masters or bachelors degree with a preference for Information Systems or Computer Science.- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Project Manager in a global context.- Fluency in English (oral and written).- Strong ability to work effectively with business managers, lead business process analysis, and document requirements.- Ability to lead project delivery in IT projects within global contexts.- Strong collaboration skills with developers and IT operations staff.- Good knowledge of IT enterprise architecture, applications landscape, and ITSM processes.- Familiarity with Agile development methodology.- Knowledge of Oracle enterprise solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle CX Sales and Service, Oracle Digital Assistance, and Oracle EBS is a plus.- Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools.- Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are beneficial.Company Details:Vertiv is focusing on transforming the technology landscape of its Service business.
