Job Description

Role Overview:You will be responsible for driving Change Enablement processes while working closely with engineering teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines into compliant and efficient workflows. As part of the Service Control team, you will standardize and evolve Change Enablement practices to align with CI/CD, Agile, and automated delivery principles across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end Change Enablement processes following ITIL and DevOps principles- Integrate change controls with engineering workflows using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps- Automate change workflows and contribute to pipeline configuration using YAML, scripting, etc.- Ensure adherence to risk, audit, and compliance standards in technical environments- Collaborate with DevOps, Release Managers, Engineering, and Risk teams- Prepare governance dashboards, risk reports, and present insights to leadership- Identify gaps proactively and drive improvements in change processes and DevOps alignmentQualifications Required:- 5 years of experience in IT Change Management/Enablement roles- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps- Working knowledge of pipeline configuration using YAML, scripting- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies- Proficiency with ServiceNow Change, Incident, Reporting modules- Strong grasp of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks- Experience in governance, risk, and compliance for technical change controls- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills- Strong reporting, analytics, and documentation capabilitiesAdditional Details:Required to work from the office for 5 days a week, 2 to 10 PM IST at the Kharadi location.
