Lead Application & Product Architect

Job Description

As an Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in defining the overall architecture and technical vision of products and solutions. You will engage with stakeholders across various departments to formulate tactical and strategic architectural solutions that align with organizational principles, guidelines, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include evaluating vendors, tools, and COTS products, designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, providing technical leadership to development teams, and translating business requirements into architecture diagrams. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining coding standards, enforcing architectural principles, leading troubleshooting efforts for production issues, and collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to define the product roadmap.Key Responsibilities:- Own and define the overall architecture and technical vision of products and solutions.- Engage with stakeholders to formulate tactical and strategic architectural solutions.- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging various technologies.- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.- Translate business requirements into architecture diagrams.- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical production issues.- Design solutions for optimized memory usage and performance management.- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define the product roadmap.- Drive cloud adoption strategies and ensure solutions are cloud-native and cost-optimized.- Lead POCs to evaluate new technologies or frameworks.- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, and automated monitoring strategies for production readiness.Qualification Required:- Expertise in .Net Framework/.Net 6, C#, ASP.NET Core, and object-oriented design principles.- Deep understanding of database design, optimization, performance tuning, and advanced querying.- Advanced knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and responsive UI/UX principles.- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD, and containerization.- Strong architectural experience with Azure Cloud Services.- Hands-on knowledge of memory management, GC tuning, and performance optimization in .NET.- Solid grasp of security best practices.- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technology decisions.- Experience designing multi-tenant, highly available systems.- Understanding of cloud patterns.Nice-to-Have Skills:- Hands-on experience of AI/ML integration within enterprise applications.- Familiarity with DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.- Expertise in cloud cost optimization and FinOps principles.- Exposure to data analytics and observability frameworks.Please note that the interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style.
