As a Lead QA Engineer (QA Lead - Fin Close) at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting Tribe Domain within Finance. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the transformation in Testing and QA across various technology stacks. You will be pivotal in enabling Testing and QA for different applications and critical programs to ensure they can be delivered to production on demand. Your expertise will be essential in recommending and implementing best practices, tools, and strategies within the Finance Testing and QA team.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead Testing Team in assignments covering Test Automation, Functional Testing, and Performance Testing.- Take complete ownership of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.- Design test automation solutions, develop automation frameworks, and lead the implementation of the Test strategy.- Represent the Testing Team in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Business Review Planning (BRP) for the Financial Close Tribe while managing people effectively.- Define Testing and QA strategy and framework, suggest customized solutions, and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs).- Collaborate with various streams and increase Testing coverage by liaising with Architecture, Upstream, Downstream, Business, Operations, and infrastructure services.- Work closely with Engineering leads, Product Owners (PO), and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure Testing effectiveness.- Actively contribute to End-to-End (E2E) Testing for Daily Close Program entity Roll-ins for Cost and Revenue processes.- Manage stakeholders for Testing deliveries, particularly User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Ops readiness Tests, and provide executive reporting to Program Leadership.- Handle Test Data Management to facilitate different Testing types efficiently.**Qualifications Required:**- Strong Functional experience in SAP ecosystem, including modules like S4, BW, and MDG, as well as SAP implementation for Finance processes.- Proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, UFT, and/or TOSCA, and Test Management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and GitHub actions.- Minimum 8-10 years of experience leading QA/Testing Teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.- At least 5 years of experience managing large teams, monitoring Testing progress, and reporting effectively.- Demonstrated leadership skills in Testing/QA across Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and expertise in establishing Built-in-Quality approach.- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced agile environment.- Familiarity with automated software assurance and QA tools and methodologies.- Knowledge of cloud-related technologies and concepts, including Cloud Composer, Cloud run, IaaS/PaaS environments, and Public/Private cloud usage.- Experience in project or program management and defining roadmaps for Testing and QA implementation.This job offers a range of benefits including a comprehensive leave policy, parental leaves, childcare assistance, sponsorship for Industry certifications, and various insurance coverage.
