Job Description

****As a Logistic Executive at Leybold India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of supply chain and logistics operations within the Vacuum Technique business area. Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating closely with the Billing Planning Team to synchronize order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the supply chain.- Maintaining and updating the SAP system related to Pick & Pack activities, Outbound Delivery (OBD), and Production Planning System (PPS) to guarantee data integrity and smooth logistics operations.- Preparing and verifying SAP invoices, electronic invoices, and e-way bills to comply with regulatory standards and ensure seamless billing processes.- Coordinating transportation activities, scheduling, monitoring freight movements, and optimizing delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Conducting thorough freight bill analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to reduce expenses and enhance service quality.- Maintaining detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports and ensuring timely submission to senior management for data-driven decision-making.- Providing daily dispatch status updates to customers, fostering transparency and proactive communication.- Performing physical stock verification on inbound and outbound inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with stock records.- Cross-verifying Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) with inward invoices to guarantee correctness of incoming shipments.- Managing consumables effectively by monitoring usage, stock levels, and procurement to support uninterrupted operations.- Overseeing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to guarantee On-Time Delivery (OTD) and meet business objectives.- Proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements to support operational excellence.**Qualifications Required:**To succeed in this role, you will need:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.- Strong proficiency with SAP systems or equivalent ERP software for inventory, billing, and delivery processes.- Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer interactions.- Ability to analyze transportation costs and optimize freight billing processes for operational efficiency.**About Leybold:**Leybold, a part of the Vacuum Technique Business area of the Atlas Copco Group, values technical knowledge, personal soft skills, and international project team collaboration.
