Manager - Business Process Management

Job Description

You will be responsible for setting up and leading the business process management (BPM) center of excellence (CoE) at GCC, Pune. Your role involves defining and owning the vision for BPM for the organization, driving the implementation of all related components, and acting as the custodian of process governance at the executive leadership level. Your objective will be to champion BPM best practices to enhance process maturity within the organization.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead the Center of Excellence at GCC, overseeing a team of experienced business process analysts and managing a Cost Center.- Develop and implement BPM strategies, frameworks, and methodologies for use and maintenance.- Recommend business process strategies to management leaders that deliver impactful results.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define business processes and support documentation.- Identify, document, and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.- Coordinate and manage BPM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and support to team members.- Develop and maintain BPM governance structures, policies, and standards.- Monitor and report on the performance of BPM initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and benefits.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BPM to drive innovation and improvement.- Utilize BPM tools and technologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.- Work with stakeholders to support the formulation of effective business processes.**Qualification Required:**- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.- 15 years of experience in business process management, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.- Strong understanding of BPM principles, methodologies, and tools.- Experience with BPM software and technologies, such as the Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite.- Knowledge of APQC process frameworks and experience with SAP modules preferred.- Certification in BPM or related areas is a plus.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.If you are ready for your next career step, apply today to be a part of Lubrizols exciting journey towards shaping the future.
