Job Description

    As a Quality Assurance Engineer with 7 years of experience, your role will involve participating in design reviews, providing input on product design, and identifying potential problems. You will join a team responsible for manual regression functional and end-to-end testing. Your responsibilities will include writing, updating, and executing test scripts in back-to-back sprints. A typical workday will consist of developing new tests, running tests, and documenting results. In case of defects, you will collaborate with software developers to find and implement fixes.Key Responsibilities:- Participate in design reviews and provide input on product design- Support manual regression functional and end-to-end testing- Write, update, and execute test scripts in back-to-back sprints- Collaborate with software developers to resolve defects- Understand quality assurance process, tools, and methodologies- Perform API level testing- Solve technical problems creatively and translate technical requirements into test plans and test data- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Knowledge of HP test products (Quality Center, ALM, Octane)- Basic understanding of automated testingQualification Required:- 7 years of experience in Manual Testing- Proficiency in JIRA- Experience in API TestingThis position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a team environment will be crucial for success in this role.
