Job Description

    Role Overview:As a National Key Account Manager at Ferrero, your main focus will be to drive sales development across a number of clients. You will work alongside the head of Accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients, define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the overall performance of assigned Modern Trade key accounts- Deliver the overall sales objectives, supervise, fine-tune, and monitor the execution, and take proactive initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase sales in accordance with the companys policies and strategies- Have experience in managing the Omni arm of MT accounts or exposure to the Ecommerce channel to manage the online business as well. Media and shopper journey understanding on Omni would be preferred- Work closely with category Managers in making volume plans- Plan visibility, activations for festivals & events for each brand as per the category plans- Prepare plans on the spends needed for each chain with Channel Manager- Drive seasonal Business and execution- Negotiate with MT Chains for TOT & JBP- Identify high potential people in the team and continuously mentor them- Evaluate them on the requirements of the next level- Provide on-the-job training as well as classroom training on a periodic basisQualifications Required:- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Economics or Marketing- At least 3 years experience in similar roles as KAM with exposure to the Omni part of the channel accounts- Fluency in English- Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets- Experience in category, customer, and channel marketing- Knowledge of commercial and office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)- Knowledge of the P&L(Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.)
