Job Description

    Role Overview:As an Operations Manager for Third Party Risk Management at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in managing risks related to engaging third-party vendors and outsourcing. You will be part of the Global Procurement function and will contribute to the ongoing transformation program aimed at enhancing the vendor risk management process. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the day-to-day platform oversight, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the transition of TPM from a Change-the-Bank (CtB) program to Business-as-Usual (BaU).Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of implementation solutions and execution of programs to meet project scope, timeline, and budget- Accountable for delivering agreed project outputs and working with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion- Develop and drive concrete solution proposals to support business transformation and impact- Serve as the subject matter expert for findings management, ensuring accurate documentation, effective remediation, and compliance with controls and governance standards- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the TPRM process to facilitate change and process improvement- Efficiently run project meetings with senior stakeholders, promote the teams agenda, and ensure delivery on project objectives- Ensure regular and transparent communication with all stakeholders through updates, reports, and presentationsQualifications Required:- 4 years of experience in procurement, financial services, or risk management industry- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results against challenging timelines and manage diverse stakeholders- Degree in a Finance-related discipline- Strong analytical skills to develop conceptual solutions and analyze complex data for decision-making- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German- Ability to structure complex information, prepare convincing presentations, and moderate discussions with conflict resolution skills- Agile mindset with the capacity to thrive in a rapidly changing environment- Open mindset to work effectively with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders(Note: The job description does not provide any additional details about the company.)
