Job Description

Role Overview:In this role, you will be responsible for collating supply chain data resources and applying visual and analytical tools to access, extract, and analyze data sets to enhance supply chain operations performance and efficiency. You will engage and collaborate with functional teams across Asia Pacific and Global on process mapping, opportunity identification, and alignment of existing and future value streams of business processes. Additionally, you will develop, deploy, and supervise digital or automation projects to improve operations. It will be your duty to supervise solution and process performance and propose corrective actions for the digital tools as needed. You will also benchmark, explore within or outside Emerson, and implement relevant technology (Machine Learning/AI) and best practices for Supply Chain. Applying change management processes to lead partners and users expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects will also fall under your responsibilities.
